Returns/Exchanges

Please be advised that we do not offer exchanges or refunds of any kind. If you have placed an order and the item is out of stock, we will gladly issue a refund under this circumstance only.
Shipping
Once your order is fulfilled, we do our best to ship it out within 2-3 days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be fulfilled until the next business day. You will receive tracking info once your order is shipped. Please check tracking for order status. U.S. orders typically arrive 2-3 days after shipment. Due to Covid-19, some shipments may be delayed. If you have any issues with your order, contact us by email. We will respond to your email within 24 hrs. We are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
